Return Products
Product Returns - Changes - Purchase Withdrawal.
In all the following cases you should contact us by phone or via the special form by clicking here where you will record your request for product replacement or refund.
As soon as we receive your Form, we will contact you by phone to inform you about the Return process.
When the product arrives at our store, it will be examined by our company's experts within a period of fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the product.
In each case, you are entitled respectively, if it is found:
Manufacturing Defect
If you have requested a product replacement we will replace the product and ship it to you free of charge.
If you have requested a refund we will refund your money.
In this case, we will refund the cost of returning the product (transportation) to our warehouses if you send us the relevant receipt to info@toy-moy.gr.
Misuse
A return of the product may be requested with a charge to the recipient based on the official price list of the Courier/Transportation company
or to request final destruction of the product.
Execution Order Error
In this case we will contact you by phone to process your request in one of the following ways.
Send the correct package and refund the shipping costs for sending the wrong package to our warehouse. Refund of your order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day of receipt of your order, you have the right of withdrawal for any reason. Refund for the purchase of the product minus the shipping costs for shipping to our warehouse.
In exceptional and extraordinary cases of special social problems, the store is not responsible for any delays in parcel deliveries by the courier company.
Original shipping costs are refundable.
